Schréder is a Belgian multinational with renowned expertise in public lighting: from cities and architectural buildings to sports stadiums and industrial sites. They sell their products worldwide. Until recently, their own marketing department in Liège was responsible for answering all requests for catalogues, posters and other communication materials. That’s until they started talking to Daddy Kate.
We have significantly simplified that process. The stock of about 15 print products in various languages is no longer located in Liège but at our premises in Sint-Pieters-Leeuw. Via a web platform, about 20 branches abroad indicate what they need and we take care of delivery. In addition, we closely monitor stock levels to avoid shortages.
Every month, the head office receives a detailed overview of every delivery. But most importantly, the marketing department no longer has to deal with stock management, order picking and shipment preparation and can focus instead on market research, trends and needs analysis. Or how a fulfilment center can lead to even better products.
